Line Yoga offers a really warm, juicy respite from the cold, cruel
world of shallow breath and unconscious movement. We are a vinyasa flow
studio, where breath and consciousness thread through movement and
posture creating a dance of aliveness and wonderment. As you cultivate
your body, you’ll also cultivate your Bhakti, your sense of
devotion towards your true self and practice.
We
welcome the old souls and the new initiates, the big dogs and the
little kitties, the moms and dads, the wise women and the sages, the
young at heart, fairies, pixies, and school of life lifers. We would
like to extend a special invitation to the tense, the stressed, the
unhappy, the tight and inflexible, those who can’t touch
their toes, and those who can’t touch their hearts.
